An improved evaporation channel allows the liquid refrigerant to fully absorb the heat from compressed air, ensuring complete vaporisation back to the compressor suction port. This process efficiently cools the gaseous water in the air, causing a large volume of liquid water to condense and be removed.
A two-stage separation process ensures maximum removal of moisture. The coarse separation stage removes the majority of liquid water, while the fine separation stage eliminates smaller droplets carried by airflow. This double-layer approach delivers higher separation efficiency and a more stable dew point.
